Idaho was established as the 43rd state on July 3, 1890.  It has 83,557 sq. miles of some of America's mot beautiful scenery.

Traveling along the North Fork of The Payette River between Boise and McCall may be one of the most scenic trips in the state.  You'll pass over this treasured old bridge and past rafters and kayakers in abundance.

A canoe floats down The Owyhee River canyon in southwestern Idaho.  The Owyhee canyonlands have been referred to as "the most remote area in the lower 48 states."

Aided by the high elevation, climate and volcanic soil, Idaho produces an abundant potato crop.
