I can see the problem. Horizontal working space is at a premium with that desk size and stuff is covering it up. My best advice would be stacking your organizers and raising your printer above it all. Or maybe you can find a desk hutch that will give you more shelf space over your desk you can keep your working surface clear. Just a idea.
